不过,按照 Anderson 的设想,做这个研究,除了需要获取受试者的血液样本之外,还要取肝脏组织样本活检,系统地分析热量限制在转录组、蛋白组和代谢组层面对肝脏的影响,而且整个研究要持续两年。
