尿液是血液经过肾脏过滤后的产物，大部分的大分子物质都会被过滤，葡萄糖和无机盐也会被重新吸收，除非你有糖尿病。糖类饮料都有促尿作用。
勃起的时候可以排尿，但是做那事的时候不会排尿，因为输精管会压迫输尿管。不过有尿意的时候做会加速排精过程。
