论坛密码忘了，怎么修改密码？

一直用手机登录，现在想用电脑，可惜密码忘了，改怎么办？
因为手机有什么记录密码功能，所以可以直接登陆？当时邮箱也忘记了！由于忘记密码，所以也没发修改新密码！
版主改怎么处理？
